The WooThemes Membership Club gives you access to all the past 80+ themes from Woo Themes and the future releases over the course of your membership subscription. You will also get lifetime forum support and access to the knowledgebase and tutorials.
The membership requires a one-time signup fee and a monthly recurring fee to stay continued. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your subscription. Future theme updates are only available as long as you stay subscribed to the club.

Standard Club Membership: $125.00 Signup fee + $15.00 / month
Developer Club Membership: $200.00 Signup fee + $20.00 / month (You will get all the source psd files with this subscription)
